LEGAL NOTICE

ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE EAST FISHKILL FIRE DISTRICT

ON DECEMBER 11, 2007

     NOTICE IF HERBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the East Fishkill Fire District will take place on December 11, 2007 between the hours of 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm at the East Fishkill Fire District Headquarters located at 2502 State Rt 52, Hopewell Junction, NY, for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2008 and ending December 31, 2012. All voters registered with the Dutchess County Board of Elections on or before November 19, 2007 shall be eligible to vote.

Candidates for District Office shall have filed their names with the Secretary of the East Fishkill Fire District, at the East Fishkill Fire District Headquarters, no later than twenty days before the election, November 21, 2007.
